ModPosh
is a small, but complete design firm located in Oregon. We
cater to various small businesses and
hobbyists. We not only have clients in animal-related
fields, but
are equally as knowledgeable in Small Business Web Development, website
services, marketing / advertising services, and various graphic
design.
We
are often asked "What does the name ModPosh
mean?". We chose the name "ModPosh" to
reflect our style of graphic design. "Mod" is
derived from the word "Modern", and means "up-to-date
and current, in regards to style, design, or dress." The word "Posh" means "elegant, chic, smart and
fashionable" (just to name a few).
So,
now you know that when ModPosh is behind your designs, you are
getting more than just a name!
ModPosh
is owned and operated by Corina Olsen. Corina has a
background in advertising extending from 1995. At that
time, she worked on an entrepreneurial magazine for the
telecommunications industry. Her passion for graphic
design started as a hobby back in 1997. Her first project,
was a donated website for an Oregon National Guard unit. This
first venture sparked a wondrous interest and awoke Corina to
the potential of the internet.
Now,
with over 10 years of
web & graphic design experience and over 13 years in advertising and marketing proficiency,
Corina knows how to put you on the map!
Corina
is not only knowledgeable when it comes to web and graphic
design, but has experience as a dog breeder (Shetland Sheepdogs)
and exhibitor in conformation. This is an added bonus when
it comes to catering to clients who are looking for just the
right small business or hobby design, as she really knows how
important it is to properly showcase your kennel, cattery, etc.!
We
couldn't resist mentioning one of our beloved canines and the
inspiration of our ModPosh mascot that we unveiled in Spring
2008. Our boy "Seth" a.k.a. IvanLee RavenWyn
Phantom Masq, has truly brought so much joy into our lives both
in the show ring and out. With his happy and outgoing nature,
who better to be our ModPosh mascot?!
